On the basis of quantum mechanics and solid state physics, our current research projects cover the following areas:

1.Dynamics of defects or impurities in the LSI semiconductor wafers.
2.Optical and electrical investigations of elemental and compound semiconductors.
3.New laser material processing.
4.Evaluation for materials by light.
