We carried out this program on July 29th with 20 junior high students in Miyazaki prefecture. In this program we announced them about our research program and activity this year. Junior high students challenged the phytolith analysis which is used in our research projects. Specifically, they experienced "an experiment to extract phytoliths from the soil" and "the plant phytolith analysis using the microscope".
