Farm Training
The Farm Training is very important for learning GAP hands on. On the GAP-certified University Farms, training for students is offered. The students experience a work series to keep the soil in good condition until harvesting and learn the standard operating procedure in line with GAP. For example, they check their clothes themselves and record the results of the check. As another example, they learn the results of food safety risk assessment. From this, they can train while thinking about GAP.
