The GAP Core Subjects are the core of this GAP education program. These subjects are required. Students must acquire a minimum of 18 credits in total. These subjects consist of the following: the Introduction of GAP, GAP Simulation Training, Lecture for Good Agricultural Practices Trainer, Internship and Practical Training at GAP-certified Farm, Ethics for Agricultural Practitioners, Scientific English and a Graduation Thesis. Students can learn the basics and applications of GAP.

On the other hand, the GAP-related Subjects are elective. These consist of 4 groups. They are the Subjects Related to Food Safety and Quality Improvement, Environmental Conservation, Workers Safety, and Farm Administration and Sales Management. Students are recommended to acquire credits with a good balance across the 4 groups.

A requirement to complete this program is an acquisition of a minimum of credits in each subject section within the GAP Core Subjects. In addition, students are recommended to acquire credits with a good balance across the 4 groups from the GAP-related Subjects. Students who satisfy this requirement can receive a special certificate at graduation.
