西岡研究室では、半導体をはじめとする様々な材料を用いた研究に取り組んでいます。
薄膜の形成および物性評価を行ったり、それらを応用した太陽電池やトランジスタといったデバイスを作製し評価・解析を行っております。
これらの研究を通じて薄膜堆積からデバイス作製、さらに評価といった系統的な技術の習得をめざします。

What is Nishioka laboratory?
We are working on the research using a variety of materials including semiconductors.
We form various thin films and evaluate them.
Moreover, we apply these techniques to fabricate electric devices for example transistors and solar cells.
You can study the fabrication and evaluation of semiconductor devices in a comprehensive way.
