2013年9月15-19日、9月15-19日、ポーランドのワルシャワSound Garden Hotelにて、15th International Conference on Defects Recognition, Imaging and Physics in Semiconductors（DRIP-XV）が開催され、西岡准教授と野村くん（M1）が参加し成果発表を行いました。
